5. Layer of mousseline with berries (strawberry, raspberry or blueberry)
6. Layer of chiffon cake (vanilla or devil's food)
7. Covered in Italian buttercream (vanilla or chocolate)

Cake slice is 4 in. x 4 in. x 1 in.

$10 a slice (15 slice minimum).
